1. Returns & Replacements

Return Eligibility Conditions:
Returns are accepted only if the product received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Replacement Conditions:
Eligible products will be replaced after verification of the issue by our team.

Time Window to Report Issue:
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Images of original packaging
  • Unboxing video (if available, recommended for faster processing)

Return Pickup Method:
Return pickup will be arranged through our courier partners where service is available. In some cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refund Allowed When:

  • Replacement is not available
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch

Refund Not Allowed When:

  • Customer changes their mind after delivery
  • Product is used or damaged by the customer
  • COD order is refused after dispatch

3. COD Advance Policy

COD Advance Amount:
A small advance amount is required for COD orders, which is shown during checkout.

Refund Rule for Advance:
Advance payment is refundable only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

Conditions When Advance Becomes Non-Refundable:

  • If the order is shipped and the customer refuses delivery
  • If incorrect address or contact details lead to failed delivery

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

Refund Payment Method:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction or via bank transfer in case of COD orders.


5. Order Cancellation
